By accessing or using Incomax, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Service description

Incomax is an options strategy builder and portfolio tool that provides market data, payoff analysis, paper trading, and optional live order placement via supported brokers. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or guaranteed returns.

Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade in Indian securities markets.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• One account per subscriber unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscription & payments

Access to Incomax Pro requires an active paid subscription (currently ₹999/month unless otherwise stated). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Trading & broker integration

• Live orders are executed through your broker (e.g. Kotak Neo). Incomax is not a broker or exchange.
• You are solely responsible for all orders placed, including automated rules and alerts you configure.
• Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. Verify prices and margins before trading.
• Paper trading mode is for simulation only and does not represent actual fills or slippage.

Risk disclosure

⚠️ Market investments are subject to risk. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. Derivatives trading involves substantial risk of loss. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose. Seek independent financial advice if needed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the software, scrape data in violation of exchange terms, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Incomax, its branding, software, and content are owned by Incomax / Softtrades Technology Pvt Ltd. or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal trading purposes during an active subscription.

Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or accuracy of data, calculations, or alerts.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incomax and its operators shall not be liable for trading losses, missed alerts, data errors, broker failures, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
