- Usage & technical data — browser type, IP address, session logs, and error diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.

- To provide, maintain, and improve the Incomax platform.
- To sync your strategies and positions across devices via cloud storage.
- To run background rules, alerts, and notifications you configure.
- To connect to third-party services you authorize (e.g. Kotak Neo, Telegram).

Data storage & security
Your data is stored on servers we operate or trusted cloud providers. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and industry-standard practices to protect sensitive information. Broker credentials are stored encrypted and are never displayed in plain text in the UI.
Third-party services
We may integrate with NSE market data, Kotak Neo, MongoDB hosting, Telegram, and payment providers. Those services have their own privacy policies. We only share data necessary to deliver features you use.
Data retention
We retain account and strategy data while your subscription is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support. Some logs may be retained for security and legal compliance for a limited period.

You may access, update, or delete your account information through the platform or by contacting us. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
